Get plenty of exercise. If you feel exhausted one of the problems might be your lack of fitness. Feeling fit and healthy is important but exercise itself helps release so many great natural drugs in the body such as endorphins that can make you feel like a million dollars and in a better position to deal with day to day problems and concerns and start overcoming panic attacks a lot easier than you thought was possible.
